The Arkansas Association of Correctional Employees Trust (AACET) along with the employees of the Arkansas Department of Correction is hosting the 20th Annual Ball and Chain Challenge Tournament on May 19th at the Harbor Oaks Country Club in Pine Bluff (see registration form).  We are planning on 62 teams from state agencies, law enforcement and correctional agencies from across the state. Funds raised benefit the Arkansas Association of Correctional Employee Trust (AACET), which is a 501(c)3 non-profit association to assist our own employees in the event of a crisis or catastrophic need. 

Our efforts were successful because of sponsorship help we received from supporters and businesses such as yours.  I am contacting you to request your assistance in sponsorship of this event.
